Das Austro-Model trainierte zweimal täglich.

Im November gelang Nadine Leopold der Karriere-Coup ihres Lebens. Die 24-jährige Kärntnerin legte ihr Laufsteg-Debüt als Victoria's Secret-Engel hin. Dieser prestigeträchtigen Job verlangt den Models alles ab: Training, Diät und absolute Disziplin stehen in den Wochen und Monaten vor der Show am Programm.

Im Interview mit Gala.de bei der Colgate Night in Hamburg verriet Leopld nun, wie anstrengend das Training war. „Es war richtig harte Arbeit. Ich bin generell ein bisschen kurviger als andere Models und dadurch musste ich doppelt so viel arbeiten. Aber es war auch toll zu sehen, was man körperlich erreichen kann", erzählt Leopold.

Victoria's Secret-Diät

Das Modeldasein ist ein echter 24-Stunden-Job: „Ich habe mich total gesund ernährt, hab zweimal am Tag trainiert – jeden Tag"  verrät Leopold weiter. Auf Instagram gewährt sie ihren Fans Einblick in ihren Alltag. Auch das Training vor den Fashion Weeks und den Castings hat sie im Vorjahr dokumentiert. Das viele Schwitzen hat sich aber gelohnt, denn am Ende der Fitness-Reise wurden ihr Engelsflügel verliehen.
